TC Dance Club provides instruction in both East and West Coast Swing. Both dances are not only very popular with our students, but just a tremendous amount of fun.
The popularity of the Swing style dances couldn't be ignored and dance studios began refining the style to suit their clientele and a crowded dance floor. Music, of course, was changing all the time from the 1920's to the 1990's, and the original Lindy Hop, Jitterbug and Swing evolved across the county into a wide variety of regional styles of dance.

We feel that we have one of the finest teaching systems in the country. We use the interrelated award system, which is teaching the relationship between several dances, patterns, and dance concepts.
This has been Proven to be the Fastest Way to make you a good and versatile social dancer. Our club has taught thousands of members since 1978 to become excellent dancers using this Award System.
Another reason our club is so successful, is our high dance standard. New staff must graduate a 300 lesson dance training program before they begin teaching. We also have daily dance training sessions/

Swing dancing is a dance style, or a group of dances, originating from Harlem, New York with Afro-American Roots. The feeling of the dance is "swinging", as it developed to the swing style of jazz music from the 1920s to the 1940s or 50s.
Foxtrot and Swing Combo is the perfect package for you, especially if you like Frank Sinatra music. Classy, lighthearted, rhythmical and elegant - basics of these two dances can save you at any wedding, dance event or classy social function. Each session is 1 hour.
