Our Sydney Tai Chi classes focus on traditional Yang Tai Chi under 5th generation lineage holder, Alice Bei Dong. Tai Chi is both a low-impact health-boosting excercise and an effective martial art for self-defence and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Our school teaches barehands forms, weapons and pushing hands in the Yang style, as well as offering training in Chen style Tai Chi and competition form training.
