Tap dancing is an intricate dance form where students develop rhythm, tap technique and musicality through percussive foot work. Emphasis is placed on footwork as well as style and presentation of the upper body while moving those fast feet!
Little or no experience in tap? Enter the universe of a tap dance course, learn familiar words and familiarize yourself with basic movements.
Classes range from 30 minutes to an hour. ISTD Tap Exam classes are offered as well. Students should wear a bodysuit or fitted shirt and tights, jazz pants or leggings. Tap shoes required.
