Welcome to Dancefit Canada, where the dancer and athlete meet. We are so excited to welcome everyone back to share the dance floor for Fall 2021 as we embark on our 11th year teaching dance and fitness to those as young as three and as youthful as 93!. We offer both recreational and competitive dance, cultivating creativity in all our dancers in a safe, healthy and positive environment.

If you love to make noise with your feet, tap is the discipline for you. Tap is the discipline where your feet make the music. Paired with popular music, students will learn to improve their timing and coordination while developing rhythmic and syncopated footwork.
Ankle mobility, weight placement, and glute activation are key components. Tyneal approaches Tap from a fundamental movement approach with proper conditioning and biomechanical techniques, while weaving in the history and rhythm of the steps.
