The Cookery offers a wide selection of interactive cooking classes that focus on international, regional and seasonal cuisine. Committed to sourcing local and organic ingredients whenever possible.
Each hands-on class will provide instruction on how to incorporate the season’s flavors into various dishes. Ideal for chefs at all levels, the goal of The Cookery is to empower and excite people in the kitchen, making cooking approachable and fun.
We’re taking Pasta-making to new heights with a lesson that will teach you the craft of mixing, kneading, stretching and cutting Pasta from scratch. Each recipe is a lesson on making a light and beautiful Pasta shape, together with a Sauce that compliments it perfectly.
In this class we’ll cook up a feast of Italian favorites starting with an appetizer of Artichoke Olive Crostini. Next is the main event – Homemade Potato Gnocchi with a Brown Butter Sage Sauce.
Homemade Pasta Class is offered by Class in the Kitchen. Our cooking classes can be done in your kitchen with family or friends. You could also simply do the class on your own because Class in the Kitchen offers that convenience and flexibility.
