The Cookery offers a wide selection of interactive cooking classes that focus on international, regional and seasonal cuisine. Committed to sourcing local and organic ingredients whenever possible.

We find what looks great at the farmer’s market and cook’em up Italian style! Spring Green Salad with Herbs and Parmigiano, Rack of Lamb with Green Garlic Pesto, Roasted Asparagus, Purple Potatoes, for dessert, Panna Cotta with Rhubarb Compote.
Learn how to make Fresh Mozzarella Cheese and Homemade Pizza Dough! Each student will make their own mozzarella cheese ball to enjoy and take with. In addition you will learn, how to make homemade pizza dough for your own personal pizza.

In this class we’ll cook up a feast of Italian favorites starting with an appetizer of Artichoke Olive Crostini. Next is the main event – Homemade Potato Gnocchi with a Brown Butter Sage Sauce.
