The Diversity Institute was founded in 2011 by Stefan Doll and Dr. Dr. Adrienna Ember on a mission to develop productive teams and inclusive organisations against a backdrop of our increasingly diverse organisations and communities.

We offer customised team building courses which involve indoor and outdoor experiential learning. They are available as half day, one day or longer courses depending on the clients needs.
Team development programmes are tailored to the specific needs of individual organisations. We recommend programmes of at least a full day up to our three-four day Experiences & Journeys option. The objective of all is to have fun & build a sense of “team” within a group of co-workers.
