Thai Veg Cooking Classes are offered by Chhabria Cooking Classes. Thai Red Curry Paste, Green Curry Paste, Red Paneer Curry, Green Mushroom Curry, Raw Papaya Salad, Satey Paneer, Peanut Sauce, Pad Thai, Lemon Coviander Soup.
The fact that all my classes are hands-on makes cooking fun and easy to learn. Majority of the classes are one day classes. Held either in the afternoon from 2 – 5 P.M or Morning from 11 - 2 P.M, they are all practical classes, not just demonstration based.
Cyclo-styled recipes are handed over to all students with appropriate measurements of all the ingredients, right up to the measurement of Salt. This ensures that the taste of the food, when made in my class, and when tried out at home, independently, by my students, is the same.
In one-day intensive cooking class, you will be taught many Indian vegetarian dishes, Naan, Roti, simple & stuffed Roti, Â Parathas (Indian Breads) as well as Indian sweet / Snack / Chutney (sauce), etc. so you learn to cook up to 09 dishes in one cooking session.
Vegan Cake Special class is offered by Home Chef Anamika. Anamika is the winner of LG Mallika-e-Kitchen and now runs her Culinary Studio in Pune, where she conducts hand-on cooking & baking workshops.
South Indian Cooking Class All Non Veg and Veg Recipe Course is Offered by Aishwarya Cooking Classes
