In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn how to cook beautiful Thai vegetarian and vegan dishes. The class starts by making an authentic red curry paste, then we will make a variety of entrées and main dishes.
The class is designed for both vegetarians and vegans, and for any of the dishes covered that contain dairy or eggs, there is always a vegan option covered as well. All dishes are made with the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients.
In the class, we cover around 7-9 different recipes. Here is an example of the types of dishes covered:

Vegetable spring rolls
Sweet potato, green bean, and coriander wontons.
