In this baking class, you'll learn baking basics from culinary experts. This interactive baking class will teach you the basics of baking world-renowned pastry staples, from quick bread to eclairs. Once the class is over, you can carry home your freshly baked treats in a quaint display box.

This treat-packed class covers a variety of baking techniques used for quick breads, tarts, eclairs, and cream puffs. You'll learn professional methods for filling pastry as you create lemon lavender eclairs and decadent chocolate cream puffs. You'll also learn how to mix pastry dough as you prepare a fresh fruit tart.

There is no need to be intimidated by the long list of decadent baked goods on the menu, your chef will take you through the process step by step. You'll leave as a more confident baker and with the skills to try your new baking recipes again at home.

Baking is not only a practical skill, but it can be a relaxing hobby. Not only will your friends and family be appreciative of your freshly baked goods, but your mental well-being will be grateful, too!
