DurationTheatrical classes cover the fundamentals of all things dance across jazz and musical theatre styles. It's upbeat, fun and high-energy!
Our jazz is high energy, encouraging individual style and expression while focusing on flexibility, technique, strength and coordination.
Song and dance groups are fun, with strong focus on vocals and harmonies before a high energy dance to classical and contemporary musical theatre songs. It's the only compulsory class at JDW.

In addition to this, we offer additional classes such as singing, acrobatics, conditioning and speciality classes to ensure our dancers are versatile and technical.

Jazz Dance Lessons are offered by Starstruck Dance and Cheerleading Academy Pakenham. Our state of the art facility in Pakenham is one of Australia's best and your children will have the time of their lives learning from our highly trained and welcoming coaches!
Learn all the basics and have fun to all the latest music - age appropriate. Standing and floor exercises, travelling and stationary steps and great routines in each class. In Open Age class some dance experience is recommended. These classes are separated for 13+ & Adults.
Combined Ballet and Jazz class designed to develop the students understanding of both styles of dance. Tap will develop basic skills and the children will start to learn combination work.
Always popular because it’s fast, upbeat and utilises a variety of modern music. Not only is it a good workout but it also provides students with the knowledge of a variety of styles, good musicality, a limbered body, and the ability to think/learn quickly.
Jazz is a style reminiscent of some of the world’s greatest choreographers. Jazz at Geelong Ballet Centre combines the old with the new and celebrates all that this versatile style can offer. Students learn a mixture of lyrical, modern and music theatre.
