As our soda breads, wheaten, and potato breads are made on the griddle, they are all ready to eat within 15 minutes of making them. There is no need to weigh or measure anything – we make these breads by hand in the traditional way.

By then, you’ll have worked up an appetite. You can enjoy some of my delicious soda focaccia bread and other sweet treats. Don’t worry, what you don’t eat, you can take home with you. Most people leave with plenty of homemade bread that are perfect to have as part of an Ulster Fry or with a cup of tea.
