We will look at the development of training sessions, assessment and feedback with links to fulfilling continued professional development (CPD) requirements. The course is an effective way to ensure that you meet and maintain IBMS training standards.
Who is this course for?
This course has been designed for biomedical scientists with training and mentoring roles in a laboratory. It especially offers a valuable source of support for new and prospective training officers.
The course is based around workshop sessions and group activities, creating an open forum for discussion where you can share issues, ideas and best-practice strategies.
