Our skilled and fully qualified coaches are always on hand running the classes and providing instruction on any aspect of your training. Along with our dynamic reception team who will always do their level best to answer any questions.
Within the academy we offer a variety of classes ranging from structured (supervised and led by a coach) to open (participants have free reign of the academy). Our class structure tends to be 1hr 15min long and classes are book online only
Fun and safe gymnastics class taking you through skills and on lots of equipment with only the best coaches!
The recreational classes develop a variety of basic gymnastics skills in a fun environment.
We offer a ‘pay as you go’ class for those who are interested in a more relaxed class structure. This class allows gymnasts of any ability, be it beginner or experienced, to attend and use our facilities under the supervision of our qualified coaches.
Recreational Classes are offered by Cumbernauld Gymnastics Club. These classes are a great introduction to the sport of gymnastics & a way to improve coordination, flexibility and an excellent way for kids to release excess energy.
Grade 3 Gym classes offered by Armley Dance Studio. The school holds a good reputation for training boys.
