At RedMan Baking Studio, our Chefs are constantly coming up with new and creative ways to delight our Baking Studio customers. All recipes are developed in-house and come from the many years of experience that our In House Chefs have under their belts. You'll often find that our recipes are unparalleled in their uniqueness and incorporate flavours and techniques from many different cultures.   • Hong Poh graduated with a Diploma in Pastry and Baking from SHATEC. He started his career working in luxurious 5-star hotels, where he picked up skills set of fine pastry and scaling them in a pastry production line. Hong Poh is passionate about everything pastry and chocolates and has accumulated more than 10 years of working experiences in commercial kitchens. Transiting to this chef instructor role in the recent years, Chef Hong Poh wants to help his students to enhance their skills and knowledge through his baking classes at RedMan Baking Studio.
