Leicester Music Lessons offers professional one-to-one tuition on a wide range of instruments to all standards of player, from complete beginners to more advanced musicians who want to take their playing to the next level. We cater for all ages, from 5 to 95 – it is never too late to start your musical journey.
We have seen first hand how much playing a musical instrument can change a person’s outlook on life. We encourage our students to participate in concerts held throughout the year to build confidence & provide a supportive environment to showcase progress, and have links with other music venues in Leicester to ensure that students are offered all the opportunities available to help them along on their journeys.
The building is spacious, light and airy with seven teaching rooms over three floors. There is also a coffee area where you can kick back and relax while you wait. Feel free to drop by and have a chat!

Lessons can be tailored to your individual needs and interests. Learn at your own pace. We have years of exam board experience should you wish to attain grades, however these are purely optional.
Ready to pick up and instrument and drift off to a tropical dreamworld? Learn the proper method of holding a ukulele, major chords, chord progressions, and how to create a constant tone.
Our ukulele lessons help our beginner students develop a basic understanding of chords, rhythms and finger-picking styles. More advanced players are able to explore advanced chord shapes, inversions and extensions, legato techniques and improvisation.
Ukulele classes are offered by School Of Rox. At School Of Rox, you’ll find a creative and comfortable learning atmosphere located.
Our ukulele teachers specialise in making learning fun and engaging for beginners, but also have a great track record for getting their students into Universities to study music performance.
