Experience the diversity of Vietnamese regional cooking with our Vietnamese Master Class. Vietnam has many regional, signature street foods. This class will highlight some of the country's favourites- like Pho and banh xeo as we explore the exotic ingredients that create a palette of different flavours: sweet, salty, bitter, umami, and sour.
