This lesson is the perfect introduction to the bold, aromatic and fresh flavours of Vietnam. To start, you’ll enjoy a warming bowl of Pho, while one of our chefs gives you all the insights you need to quickly and simply recreate this beautiful soup at home.
Next, you’ll cook an impressive selection of street food dishes using traditional flavour combinations – think prawn and vegetable summer rolls, and sweet, salty and spicy spiced pork balls. You’ll then serve it all up with a zingy dipping sauce that makes the perfect accompaniment to many Vietnamese dishes.
