COURSES OFFERED BY LAND BASED TRAINING

Forklift And OSH training is offered by Land Based Training for all skill level. The training offered by TTS is provided to a high standard and focuses on safety in a professional way.

Participants will learn the basic practices that result in safe food handling. They will be shown how to maintain effective personal hygiene when working with food as per their establishment requirements.

Our Job Safe Certificates give both theory and practical application to workplace safety.  Participants are able to: identify and describe legislative rights and responsibilities for workplace health and safety; describe the systems approach to workplace health and safety.

The qualification is gained by attending a full day (8.30 to 5.00) classroom course and then at a later date complete an onsite practical setup assessment which involves off lane work only. (footpath and shoulder closures)

Learners will gain skills which include identifying and controlling hazards, basic survival skills, communication skills, biodiversity, safe vehicle use during pest operations, pest identification, biology, control and monitoring skills, safe firearm, traps and poisons use to control animal.

Dangerous Goods training is offered by Land Based Training for all skill level. The training offered by TTS is provided to a high standard and focuses on safety in a professional way.
