Tosin Adetunji

  • Owner and Head Cake Designer
  • Born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, Tosin's background is in the sciences with a Bachelors in Microbiology and Masters in Public Health. She discovered the passion in Cake designing only after arriving in Canada with her family.
  • She founded the name AfroCoco Cakes with her husband in 2011 out of the thought of remembering her roots with a vision for the future. For Tosin, client satisfaction is top on the agenda, nothing beats a smile on the face of a satisfied client.
  • The bakery opened October of 2016 to cater for increasing demands and a diverse customer base. When it comes to cakes, Tosin prefers a slice or two (who's counting) of moist Red Velvet with Cream Cheese frosting or fresh out of the oven Carrot Cake topped with Cream Cheese frosting.
