Emotional Intelligence or EI is the ability to understand and manage your emotions and those of the people around you. People with high emotional intelligence know what they’re feeling, what their emotions mean, and how these emotions can affect other people.
Another serious problem related to time management is procrastination. Procrastination is ususally dismissed by labelling it as laziness. This workshop helps the employees understand the process of procrastination and how it happens step by step.
A thought (an automatic thought) comes to our mind. Along with it is associated a feeling. Thought and feeling together make us do a particular behavior. Throughout the day, this thought-feeling- behavior cycle continues relentlessly.
