Our outcomes-based training solutions are designed according to the clients needs and will be implemented accordingly. Our training and development methodology is based on and includes all or any of the following: role-plays, case studies, written course work, videos, individual learning, assignments and theory.
Our programmes are practical in nature and certification is only awarded once the delegate has demonstrated competence in the application of the outcomes and submission of his/her portfolio of evidence.
BTA offers Unit Standard based learning programmes which are assessed and moderated by BTA and subsequently verified by SASSETA and credits registered on the National Learner Database.
