At Cali Boxing & Fitness we think differently than other gyms in regard to fitness. There is not only one way of working out, which is why we offer the variety of classes that we do. Cardio is not the only method to weight loss.
The equipment required for the cardio classes are simple: heavy bags, gloves, mitts, timer, music and friends. You’ll get a workout that doesn’t miss a spot: a 1,000-calories-an-hour cardio bomb, the ultimate body toner.
The concept is unique in that it teaches basic boxing/kickboxing techniques at an intense pace while offering a full-body workout. Classes are taught in a group setting to boost participation and intensity.
For the Strength & Conditioning classes, the goal is to get strong, lean, & powerful. We will be utilizing the weight room that is equipped with bumper plates, dumbbells, kettle bells, barbells, rower, plyo boxes, TRX ropes, and more. This program will assist you in building strong lean muscles, developing power and losing fat.
The class takes a unique approach to strength & conditioning to make the class fun, while challenging your body in ways it not used to. The classes are taught in a group setting to create unity and friendly competition!
All classes are scheduled at convenient times throughout the week to fit even the busiest person’s schedule.
If you are looking to take your boxing to the next level, then Adult Boxing 101 is the class for you! This class is technical and specific to the art of boxing. The goal of the class is to master your skills AS IF you were preparing for your first professional fight.
