Colour and Cloth

I am Christine Boyle - Director & Tutor at Colour and Cloth Ltd based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. I inhabit a wonderful world of colour and creativity through my passion for sewing and fashion design. 

I've been hooked on colour, fabrics, threads, pattern and textures since my Mum taught me to sew when I was six years of age. I watched her sew, knit, crochet and create for her family. She patiently taught me her sewing skills,

and to appreciate the beauty of ‘hand-made’. She repaired darned and mended our clothes, instilling in me at an early age the importance of sustainable sewing and caring for clothes.
