Intro to woodwinds Lessons are offered by Community Music Centre
Beginning Piano students learn the basics of the piano keys, music alphabet, rhythm and melody.
Students learn the basics of classical guitar (string names, finger positions, hand coordination), musical alphabet, theory and fundamentals using the guitar as a starter instrument. Students will increase fine motor skills and learn transferable musical skills in this accessible first entry class
Few instruments are as approachable or immediately pleasing to the ear as the mighty ukulele. Learn to strum along to your favorite songs and have fun doing it. You will learn to play chords, master strumming techniques, and pluck out melodies
Small group class focused on preparing students for private instruction. Each class is limited to 4-5 students and is designed to train the child’s ear to recognize melodic sounds and rhythm. Students then translate this recognition to their chosen instrument
