Cooking together is a wonderful way to bond with friends, family, and colleagues. The focus of my classes is to have fun but also teach a completely new culinary skill that you can repeat, adapt, and enjoy for many more meals! The classes create a chance for you to have a shared experience and are run at a relaxed pace giving you time to chat and laugh as you cook. Of course, there is always the eating and enjoying the food afterward… together you will proudly sit down to your mouthwatering feast!
In this cooking class experience you will learn how to make a semolina based pasta, no eggs in this one.
In this class you will be shown you the basics of making sushi - getting the rice right, learning to roll it in a multitude of ways and also some quick sushi inspired salads
We will make fresh flatbreads and use them for a delicious pizza base. Aimed at 4 to 12-year-olds, but all ages welcome.
