In this class you will be shown you the basics of making sushi - getting the rice right, learning to roll it in a multitude of ways and also some quick sushi inspired salads
DurationWe will also get in to some of the details about Japansese cuisine, the types of fish and the different combinations you can create with sushi. We use the freshest of ingredients, including fresh tuna and fresh wasabi which you will be shown how to prepare. Vegan fillings are also available and equally delicious!
The class is interactive with plenty of opportunities for questions and guidance. It is great fun and really not as hard as you might think, you just need to show how! I hope you can join us.
