You'll learn step by step how to make:
• MAKI - The sushi you probably see most often - rice and fillings wrapped in seaweed.
• STIR FRY - Incredibly flavourful, with sesame oil, juicy beef (or without if you're
vegetarian) and loaded with healthy vegetables.
• GYOZA - Delicious Japanese dumplings stuffed with Shiitake mushrooms!
Bring your own bottle if you wish, unwind and enjoy time with your family or friends, without worry about the quality of food or hygiene.

At the Edinburgh New Town Cookery School you will be shown the simple techniques of preparing fish and vegetables for sushi and will have a go at making it yourself. In the afternoon, after lunch, you will have a go at other Japanese recipes, which you can take home with you.
