You'll learn step by step how to make:
• MAKI - The sushi you probably see most often - rice and fillings wrapped in seaweed.
• STIR FRY - Incredibly flavourful, with sesame oil, juicy beef (or without if you're
vegetarian) and loaded with healthy vegetables.
• GYOZA - Delicious Japanese dumplings stuffed with Shiitake mushrooms!
Bring your own bottle if you wish, unwind and enjoy time with your family or friends, without worry about the quality of food or hygiene.

Sushi is the well known Japanese dish consisting of small balls or rolls of vinegar-flavoured cold rice served with a garnish of vegetables, egg or raw seafood.
