Add a few tricks to your entertaining repertoire with this practical class as you learn to prepare a selection of fresh fish, shellfish and vegetable sushi as well a selection of Japanese inspired cocktails.
This is a really fun and casual class and great a night out! The sushi will be mixture of fresh fish, shellfish and vegetable inspired sushi with steamed rice paper rolls which will be matched with a selection of delicious cocktails.
The recipes will include:
Fish Sushi
Crab & Chilli Rice Paper Rolls
Vegetable Sushi and a Spicy Lemon Dressing
This class lasts approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes and sit back and enjoy your meal with your cocktail selection. It also includes a recipe pack to take home. This class is suitable for all, as we can tweak the dishes to suit your requirements.
We offer a range of day and evening cooking classes for all ages and abilities. Each class will teach you the skills they needed to make delicious dishes that can be prepared quickly or in advance to be enjoyed with family and friends at home.
Our classes are informal and relaxed, but well structured and feature a mix of demonstration and hands-on cooking. At the end of most classes you will sit down together to enjoy the food that has been cooked along with a glass of wine, coffee or tea.
We will tell you how to source the right ingredients for your sushi making journey, including rice and fish, as well as context behind the food and how to eat sushi the traditional way.
