Edward Deming, the father of quality management, has said that people can face almost any problem except the problem of people. They can work long hours, face declining business, even the loss of a job. but they can't deal with the difficult people in their lives. 

This two-day course is designed to provide participants with the tools and techniques to initiate, plan and execute projects which may range from launching of a new product line to store opening or to implement new systems or processes. 

Speaking under pressure, or thinking on your feet, is based on being able to quickly organize your thoughts and ideas, and then being able to convey them meaningfully to your audience to modify their attitudes or behavior.

Rudeness in the workplace is increasing to the level that universities are studying it. Everyone is busy, everyone is stressed, and most people take it out on their colleagues at one time or another.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) needs very little introduction. It does not matter if you are the president of a Fortune 500 company, or you are a receptionist. EQ is a 'must-have' skill.
