Due to continued success ECLM Ltd has expanded and now provides a wide range of health, social care and safeguarding training and development, coaching, leadership and management training and development. 

ECLM Ltd.’s professional associates provide a range of programmes for example health and safety, first aid, risk management, moving and handling training, major incident and emergency preparedness.

ECLM Ltd delivers a wide range of bespoke training and development include governance and regulation compliance training for health, social care and education sectors.  ECLM Ltd staff teach a rnage of leadership and management, health and social care sector, education sector, children and young people workforce.

ECLM Ltd delivers an executive leadership safeguarding adults and children course as well as bespoke training for local safeguarding children and adult boards, and other organisations.

Other safeguarding programmes include; safeguarding children, safeguarding adults and child protection basic awareness, bespoke child protection training for professionals, such as health and social care practitioners, school teachers include designated and head teachers, governors, sports organisations, religious groups and charities.

ECLM Ltd’s director holds a number of associate university lecturer and module leader status for a range of bachelor and master health care degree award and leadership programmes.

Consultancy and governance reviews, preparing for regulatory registration and inspection for all service types and regulated activities as well as the specialist inspection of safeguarding/child protection and looked after children services are other areas of expertise. This work has spanned national and local providers/services whilst working in politically sensitive, complex settings.
