Hoople is a public sector owned company based in Hereford, specialising in providing support services to the public sector as well as commercial customers. We currently employ over 600 employees and cover a vast range of service areas including:

The business was established in April 2011 to provide services to its shareholders. These are Herefordshire Council, Wye Valley NHS Trust and Lincolnshire County Council.
Our customer base is hugely varied as you can imagine and includes:

Hoople's Board, which has a non-executive role, is comprised of representatives from our shareholders; Herefordshire Council, Wye Valley NHS Trust and Lincolnshire County Council, supported by our Executive Management Team.
The course looks at managing conflict resolution in the workplace through introducing a range of approaches to handling awkward situations and providing techniques and advice on the best ways to handle and avoid conflicts with other members of staff or members of the general public.
This short course will enable attendees to be more confident in making presentations
To enable people to understand what assertiveness is and how it can help in communications with others to achieve a successful outcome
To engage delegates & discuss the challenges they face with time management, exploring and implementing strategies to make better use of time.
