IHB Institute was established in 2008 by Emmanuella, a veteran in the hair and beauty industry with over 15 years experience as a hairdresser, beauty therapist, beauty salon/spa owner and a beauty school operator.
She is also a qualified Public Administrator, Image consultant, Facilitator, Assessor, Moderator, Aromatherapist, Cosmetic Formulator and Counsellor.
She is passionate about training and development having worked in the coporate field as as a supervisor, researcher and trainer for few years.

Basic Hairdressing course is offered by IHB Institute. This Course is designed to equip the learner with basic salon principles.
This program is highly practical and designed to give you a good knowledge and understanding of make-up application.
Students must undergo a course of at least 600 hours of training including self study in practical and theoretical work. 300 Hours of practical work, either in class, salon and or home salon need to be completed and recorded before the exam.
