Tony and Carolina teach Salsa in Belfast every Thursday and Friday and hold Salsa nights every weekend. You will get friendly and relaxed tuition in our private dance studio, we will gently guide you through your routine, working to a level that suits you so that you will learn easily and get confidence on the dance floor.
During this course we will alternate between styles of Yang (Hatha) practice and Yin, to help you feel more calm, grounded, a quietly more strengthening practice as the nights draw in.
Learn the basics steps, lead and follow in partner-work, footwork and styling.
