About Us

  • Cooking has been a passion of mine since childhood, and I love sharing my culinary skills and experiences from around the world. I’ve trained in a 2 star Michelin restaurant in France, and have worked in high-end restaurants in both Europe and Canada. At home in Brittany, we’ve always had the belief of farm to table cuisine, so when I moved to Vancouver, I was pleasantly surprised by all the fresh, local, wild, sustainable and ethical foods. My belief is cooking with simplicity, while using the finest and freshest ingredients. My goal is to make your dining experience memorable, while bringing a smile with every bite.

Home Made Butter (Boursin Cheese)

Will learn how to make Authentic homemade butter and French traditional Boursin cheese. In this hands on workshop the students will measure ingredients and actively make butter the traditional way and incorporate it in the cheese making process.

In this workshop which can be taught in French and in English, students (Grade Kindergarten, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) will learn how to prepare and cook Authentic French Crepes. In this hands on workshop the students will measure ingredients and prepare the batter.
