  • Which can be taught in French and in English, students  will learn how to make Authentic homemade butter and French traditional Boursin cheese.
  • In this hands on workshop the students will measure ingredients and actively make butter the traditional way and incorporate it in the cheese making process.
  • They will enjoy eating it. Part of the class will also introduce some of the historical background.
  • Students will also express preferences.
  • The students will be introduced to a healthy way of eating some facts concerning organic food.
