I am dedicated to supporting individuals to make a positive difference in their lives,  personally and professionally… I have provided 1-2-1 Life Coaching & Executive Coaching as well as group training for 30 years.

My vast experience enables me to assist people to find constructive ways forward and support them to make changes and gain new life skills. Life Coaching is currently online or by phone.

I understand the need to be sensitive, supportive and non-judgemental. My style reflects each client’s needs, assisting with fast moving change or reflective discussions. I encourage you to discuss what you find fruitful to share, at your own pace.

From the outset I aim to establish a rapport and a confidential, trusting relationship. Clients have told me of their relief in feeling able to talk openly about difficult and challenging circumstances without fear of judgement or being told what to do.

I have a powerful combination of coaching and training expertise. My training experience in skills such as assertiveness, public speaking, interview skills & time management adds an extra dimension to your coaching. I am often able to help you develop the skills you need to attain your life coaching goals.

Together we can look at the issues affecting you, identify the hurdles and how to overcome them, practice new skills and find positive strategies for the future.

My rich and varied professional background greatly informs the work. A graduate of the London School of Economics, I have trained staff in the UK’s leading academic institutions, such as University of Oxford.

My course in assertive communication has become one of the most popular with staff since it began in 1997 and is licensed to the University of Oxford.

My varied career before qualifying as a trainer has given me wide knowledge and experience of the workplace. I worked as PA, teacher, researcher, public relations officer, fund raiser and recruiter in parliament, local government and a social welfare charity.

This has proved invaluable for coaching and training people in both personal and professional matters. On a personal note, I am married and live in north London.
