Melrose Music School was established in 2008 by Emma Melrose who taught piano privately for 20 years. Through her passion for music tuition and her vision of creating an environment which could accommodate a whole range of tuition in many different instruments, Melrose Music School is now a recognised and established name within its field throughout many different areas.
We teach piano, keyboard, electric & acoustic guitar, ukulele, drums, singing, violin, accordion, bass guitar, trumpet & clarinet. Lessons are taught on a one to one basis typically for 30mins per week although we can arrange a longer lesson if required.
We teach all levels and ages from complete beginner to advanced. Children, teenagers & adults are all welcome!
We have teaching centres in Stepps, Bishopbriggs, East Kilbride & Bearsden. All centres are easily accessible by public transport and close to motorway links.
Violin Lessons are extremely popular at Melrose Music School among children, teenagers and adults. This stringed instrument can be easily transported. Our lessons cater for classical, jazz, pop or folk music.
Melrose Music School provide drum lessons for a hobby or for pursuing graded exams through the Rockschool Drum Syllabus.
Melrose Music School offer singing lessons for all abilities. Learning to sing is great fun and can have great rewards too. Covering a wide selection of music genres such as Pop, Rock, Ballads, Classical, Jazz, music theatre etc.
