Zita Richardson and Helga Moran are sisters, best friends and business partners. After successful careers in sales and management, we joined forces and set up business in 2000 to deliver motivational keynote speeches throughout the UK and Europe.

In response to customers’ requests to work more frequently and in more depth with them, we expanded our offering to provide training and coaching in business and health and safety.

Whilst we continue to deliver in these areas, today we are proud to have on board with us a fantastic team of trainers, who too deliver engaging, relevant, interesting and memorable in house courses to large and small businesses. 

What make us different is that we are not text book trainer and our delivery style and accelerated learning techniques allow for learning to be put into practise immediately.
