We are foodies and have been to several classes around the world and like to pick up a few tips along the way.
This was a great 5 hours delivered by a guy with passion and patience and a great sense of humour!! After the first hour of learning about spices the cooking began..., and then the eating!! Most of the dishes we will cook again, some we will modify as we are not lovers of shrimp paste.
As this is a part of Malaysian food we can not moan. Overall a fab day with the lovely Khalid who can not do enough for you, lots of humour, history and laughs, and his wonderful assistant. Highly recommend this class. Thanks Khalid... Mags and Shashi
