Nsikayezwe Management Consultants (NMC) is a 100% black-owned, proudly South African consulting firm that provides management solutions to various sectors. Founded in 2014 by Mr. Erick Nsikayezwe Sithole, NMC has since amassed a pool of talented professionals and established associates across South Africa. 

At NMC we have come up with a Small Business Development and Sustainability programme that addresses the challenges facing SMME’s. The SMME’s are developed, guided and mentored by NMC consultants for a period of up to 15 years. 

Our team is suitably qualified, collectively holding qualifications in Business Management and Administration, Accounting, Economics and Government Auditing. We offer solutions in matters of governance, strategy, innovation, taxation, compliance and more. In its growth, it has engaged with different organisations and brought about transformation for small black owned businesses.
