The Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Standard (HAZWOPER) program was developed by OSHA to protect workers at hazardous materials sites. These regulations ensure the safety and health of all personnel when followed correctly.

This training program is intended to provide construction workers with a basic knowledge of the most common safety and health hazards found on many construction sites, and methods they can use to avoid those hazards.

This is critical training in the control of hazardous energy (Lockout/Tagout), required by OSHA. It’s covered under Title 29 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 1910.147. It covers the practices and procedures necessary to disable machinery.

ROI Safety Services provides a classroom style presentation followed by our Training consultant leads the hands-on exercises. In the absence of an infirmary, clinic, or hospital in near proximity to the workplace which is used for the treatment of all injured employees, a person or persons shall be adequately trained to render first aid. Adequate first aid supplies shall be readily available.
