When Randy and Carla first met, they shared a passion for sewing and enjoyed creating projects and sharing ideas with each other. Soon, they had a great idea to create Simple Thimbles. Simple Thimbles is unique in that we bring the art of sewing to you, through our mobile sewing classes.
It’s never too late to learn to sew! Our adult classes are tailored to beginners. Don’t be embarrassed if you cannot use a sewing machine, sew a button, or thread a needle. Come learn this lost art and the skills needed to last a lifetime.
Simple Thimbles sewing camps provide unique skill-building projects designed specifically for children in mind. We offer several beginner camps so no sewing experience necessary. Simple Thimbles’ afterschool program consists of 4 separate levels. The students start with Level 1 and move their way up. Each level runs for 6 weeks with a one 1hr 15min class per week.
