Situational HR Trainers (Supatrain)

Dave and Tamsin started Situational HR Trainers (originally shortened to Situtrain) in 2011 and then re-branded to Supatrain in 2015. Their combined hearts, talents and experiences, were logical ingredients for a training company with a difference. In 2023, Erikka joined the team as a partner.

Supatrain has established a presence in a number of sectors including mining, manufacturing and hospitality and has recently branched out into teacher development, with a CPTD programme endorsed by SACE.

In terms of the B-BEE Codes of Good Practice, Supatrain is classified as an EME Exempt Micro Enterprise and automatically allocated a BEE contributor level rating of 4. Supatrain is a 12% black female owned company.
