This course focuses on the coding side of front-end development more than the look and feel. In this course, participants will look at the basic tools of Web applications – from Web browser to Web server.

This course explains the basic tools needed to create a website, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It also discusses source control using Git and its workflow, as well as basic concepts related to designing a site for user experience (UX), including accessibility concerns.

This course offers a solid foundation on the object-oriented programming languages such as C# and Java. Participants will be able to build a basic console application using an IDE and its tools. They will also learn a bit about how a software development project can be managed.

This program provides an overview of concepts and skills used to maintain a Web server, including HTTP and database methods. It includes basic database design techniques, with an introduction to SQL and security considerations.

The program covers various concepts and tools/technologies that are essential to data development. Those concepts include Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, Structured and unstructured data, Scripting languages, Relational and Non-Relational databases, Python, MySQL, MongoDB, Linux.
