Skills Share Training Institute (SSTI) is a black female owned level one BEE skills development service provider. In response to the growing demands from industry and government for professional and competent service providers, SSTI aims to be the training service provider of choice for quality education and training interventions.

SSTI recognizes that skills development and entrepreneurship are the key ingredients in addressing the challenges of job creation and economic growth. Mainly focused on skills development for the construction and engineering sector, SSTI is intent on making a significant contribution towards alleviating unemployment and creating entrepreneurship opportunities.

Southern Africa requires significant infrastructure to meet its economic development objectives. SSTI is well positioned to make a meaningful contribution towards providing technical and entrepreneurial skills to close the skills gap.
