Our Space
Nestled in Denver’s revitalized Historic Union Station, Stoic & Genuine is intimate, energetic and alive. An inspired design includes a sand fence screening, fishing net glass floats, inventive banquette and bar seating, and a 40 seat patio that overlooks the majestic Union Station plaza fountain.
During your 2-hour class you’ll learn the cooking techniques that apply to different types of seafood – some classic and some modern. Cooking seafood is a labor of love and we look forward to sharing our passion with you!
