Nestled in Denver’s revitalized Historic Union Station, Stoic & Genuine is intimate, energetic and alive. An inspired design includes a sand fence screening, fishing net glass floats, inventive banquette and bar seating, and a 40 seat patio that overlooks the majestic Union Station plaza fountain.
In this specialty class, you’ll learn all about the three main types of seafood. We will cover the finer points of hot and cold smoking, to cure or not to cure your salmon, and then share our secret of the whole fish 5-step system
Join us at Kitchen Social for an unforgettable culinary experience featuring the finest seafood available. We use only the highest quality seafood and ingredients to create dishes that are worthy of a 5-star restaurant.
This class will answer all these questions and give you plenty of hands-on practice slicing fish for crudo, poke bowls, and ceviche dishes. Come hungry for salmon miso poke bowl, spicy tuna tartar, branzino ceviche, and hamachi crudo.
