Nestled in Denver’s revitalized Historic Union Station, Stoic & Genuine is intimate, energetic and alive. An inspired design includes a sand fence screening, fishing net glass floats, inventive banquette and bar seating, and a 40 seat patio that overlooks the majestic Union Station plaza fountain.
Fresh crisp flavors are perfect for our seafood lovers. Join us and learn how to pair ingredients from the river, sea, and land to help compliment each other.
Cajun Cooking class is offered by Nashville Cooking Class. This seafood heavy class will leave you feeling like you just left New Orleans (Without the Smell).
Chesapeake Bay Seafood Brunch class is offered by Schola for all ages and all skill levels.
This class gives you a taste of several seasonal seafood offerings (menu will vary depending on the freshest catch of the day), prepared by Atrium Kitchen Executive Chef Traci Calderon.
