Chef Mihoko, classically trained in all aspects of French cuisine, teaches you how to prepare a cup of warming French Onion Soup with Croque Monsieur, the French version of a melted ham & cheese with bechamel sauce sandwich.

Join Chef Mihoko for our hands-on practical sushi making class. First of all, you will make the proper sushi rice, then you will make your own rolled sushi with your favorite fillings, such as salmon with avocado, California Roll or Spicy Shrimp Roll.
