Our team includes principal advisors who come with knowledge and experience in their specialist areas.
This programme is aimed at registered mental health and addiction professionals wishing to extend their skills and qualifications in the field of cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT).
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Aotearoa is an evidence-based education programme which teaches people how to recognise the signs of someone experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis.
