Every year, Tec Training provides health and safety training to over 8,000 workers in the UK railway and construction industries. We pride ourselves in delivering high-quality training using a range of teaching techniques to meet individual learner needs. Our training is designed to equip individuals with knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures before entering safety critical employment roles.
Our Vision
Our vision is to be the leading provider for health and safety training across the railway, construction, security, hospitality, government, and the wider public and private sectors. Our vision statement applies from the first point of contact to once the delegate leaves our establishment.
Facilities
Our main training centre and head office is situated in East London. We have three classrooms, two offices, and an all-purpose built IT suite, with disability access to all our rooms. Our training centre facilities include state-of-the-art classrooms, which are modern, clean and comfortable and make the best use of educational computer technology to aid teaching and learning. Within our building, there is a fully equipped communal kitchen, cafe, and disability toilets.
Feedback
We capture and use feedback and course evaluations to drive kaizen (continual improvement) to the training and services we deliver. All feedback, both positive and negative, is used to steer improvements and enhancements in Tec Training programmes and operations. Analysis of feedback is a pivotal component of our quarterly Self-Assessment audit and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
